How to request for Document Retrieval

When requesting for payroll adjustment, follow the steps below.
  1. Email us at rms.support@abrahamholdings.ph be sure that you put "Retrieval of Document" keyword on your email subject. e.g Retrieval of OR xxxxx.
  2. Enter the following information and format below.
    • Document Type: [State document(s) needed]
    • Document Number: [State document number if any]
  3. Make sure you have entered all the information needed to process your request.
  4. Click send then one of our agent will get in touch with you.
