ISP Network Diagram and Due Deligence

  1. ISP BACKUP OFFICE DIAGRAM PROCESS FLOW




PROCESS

  1. All Documents that need to be backed up are stored or saved in a specific folder in the internal drive.

  2. The folder is replicated automatically to the ISP File Server which is located in the Accounting Office. The replication is done by schedule per week by a backup application.

  3. ISP File Server will daily replicate that folder to an external drive for added data security.

This is all shown in the figure above. 


II. DAILY DUE DILIGENCE (SERVER)

  1. Power-On ISP FILE SERVER and Sign-in to “User” Account

  2. Ensure that the AOMIE BACKUPPER application is running by double-clicking the application on the desktop.

  1. Please take note.A server backup is done daily.


 III. DAILY DUE DILIGENCE (WORKSTATION)

  1. Power-On the Workstation.

  2. Ensure that the AOMIE BACKUPPER application is running by double-clicking the application on the desktop.

  3. Workstation files are being backed up per week.

 IV. SECURITY PROTOCOL
  1. Remote Access via Anydesk to the Server is with ICT for services

  2. Access to backup https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TQgK2p-WXxRt0tv6e7KcgpphGvuGKtQZo19r7g0D7rE/edit#gid=375517838 will be assigned by ISP management and will be given access by ICT 

  3. All request will be course through the AbHI Ticketing system at ict.support@abrahamholdings.ph 

  4. The due diligence (Server and Workstation) will be monitored and recorded by ISP authorized personnel on a daily basis and Server Backup will be checked by  ICT every week.
